Filter bags

We have established a local manufacturing unit for filter bags at Apapa, Lagos State, Nigeria.

Our filter bags are produced using the best machinery and highest quality filtration fabric and needle felt from leading suppliers in India, East and West Europe, and China.

Our products include:
1. Filter bags with various types of construction (such as snap bands, GI rings, collars, and felt bands) and using a range of fabrics. Our filter bag range comprises:
- pulse jet filter bags
- RABH Bags
- envelope bags

2. Filter bag cages fabricated using MS-Galvanised, SS-304, SS316:
- round cages
- star cages
- split cages
- envelope cages

3. Venturies
- aluminium
- stainless steel

Refractory materials: bricks & castables

Please note that these products and associated services are currently offered only in Nigeria in conjunction with our German partner, Refratechnik Cement GmbH

1. Bricks​

We are able to supply various kinds of bricks to the Nigerian market such as:
- bricks which can be used for the upper and lower transition zones of kilns;
- bricks which can be used in kilns using alternative fuels;
- bricks which can be used in the burning zone of kilns;
- bricks which can be used for safety zones;
- bricks which can be be used in the inlet zone;
- bricks which can be used in the pre-heating zone;
- bricks which can be used in the cooling zone;
- bricks which can be used in the kiln hood.

As part of this service, we also ensure that one of our qualified supervisors is on-site to monitor the installation of the new bricks.

2. Castables

From sophisticated insulation concepts comprising the characteristic insulating refractory concretes to the high-grade and flexible refractory concretes and stress-reduced lining, we are able to meet all our clients’ needs with our brand of castables.

The castables we supply are characterised by very high thermal shock resistance as well as a high resistance to alkali, sulphate, and chloride attacks.

Fields of application include, but are not limited to, the inlet chamber, riser duct, cooler benches, calciners, kiln hood, gas ducts, all cyclone stages, and burner pipe.

In addition to our ability to procure products for our clients, we maintain ready local stocks of castables in our warehouse in Lagos State in case of any emergency situations confronting our clients.

Refractory demolition machines/robots

The demolition business has long been struggling with dangerous work environments and inaccessible demolition sites. There is a need for a safer, more productive way of getting the job done; hence the need for demolition machines.

We are the exclusive suppliers for West Africa of the remote enabled Brokk demolition machines which come in different sizes are designed for high performance demolition. These machines allow access to places too small, too difficult and/or too dangerous for people or traditional machinery to reach.

The great advantages with using Brokk machines/robots are that high temperatures do not cause downtime, jobs can always be done with the utmost safety and least risk for the operators as the machines/robots are remote controlled from a distance, the machines are driven by electric motors with do not create toxic fumes in the kiln, and the electric motors require no maintenance compared to diesel engine making them both highly reliable and cost-effective.
